Welcome to Little Butterfly's.  We offer a fantastic program that inspires your children to have fun while they learn!  Our teaching philosophy is very hands on.  We love watching children's faces light up as they learn a new concept or have fun digging for dinosaurs in shaving cream.  We use fun props like Sally the ape puppet that helps teach your child the alphabet, colors, numbers and shapes, or Sir Rib-bit whose pouched, zippered mouth hides clues on what kind of activities we will be doing that day.  We teach children using as many of the five senses as possible.  This helps to insure each child is learning according to his/ her dominant sense, (it also keeps their hands busy and their minds focused on learning!)

Little Butterfly's currently services the East and West Valley and is conveniently located off of the 10 freeway in Goodyear Az.  We offer a residential Christian Preschool program with a lower child to teacher ratio, (a smaller child to teacher ratio means higher quality learning for your child.)  We accept children who are 2 1/2 years old and older .  For your convenience Little Butterfly's is open M-F and offers the flexability of having your child attend preschool 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 times a week, for the morning session or for the full day.

Little Butterfly's also offers a wonderful summer program with unique weekly themes, such as our "Exploring the Ocean" theme in which we devote an entire room decorated completely in a deep blue sea color, with streamers, balloons and exciting sea animals.  Also, inside the room we have a hidden treasure box filled with special prizes in which your child may select one to take home on each given day they are here during that week.  Your child will also be learning facinating facts about sea animals and the ocean they live in.  For our summer program we accept ages 2 and a half - 8 years old.

At Little Butterfly's Preschool your child will learn positive social skills like kindness, respect, caring and sharing.  As well as, learning more about God and the world around them.  By the time your child leaves our program, we would like them to have received a foundation of Christian values, developed a feeling of self-worth, stregthened their social skills, and acquired a thirst for knowledge.

Little Butterfly's is based out of the primary head teachers home.  Offering a preschool at a residential facility does not sacrifice quality of service; instead it offers extra comfort to your child and an added warmth.  Little Butterfly's offers a phenomenal curriculum that meets or exceeds all state standards.  Plus, it doesn't just teach your child the fundamentals needed to prepare them for Kindergarten it teaches them more, and they have fun while they are learning. We also offer a very child friendly enviornment set up in sections, so that when your child has free time they are able to be creative and choose the area they would like to play in.  We also have an outside play area with grass, sand, a swing set, and a seven person airplane teeter totter.  Little Butterfly's also offers a clean, safe Christian environment where your child can learn and grow.

Little Butterfly's Preschool also offers many extras like mom's night out, a phone # exchange list, helpful parenting tips, and an end of the year child assessment.
